Students are motivated to be part of various performances in Bay Area. The students however are selected on the basis of skill level, commitment towards learning and practicing. The school also conducts a performance annually in which all students' participation is required. Dance is a performing art, and the students are required to at least participate in some of the stage shows. This will bring in confidence in facing people, learning the way to present themselves, perform as a team player and learn to be expressive in front of audience.

Every student will be required to attend at least 2 performances organized by the dance school and performed by senior dancers. Watching performances help students to understand the application of the basics that they are learning in class.
